How to start the PEGA Software after installing the VM

Hello,

I am new to PEGA Learning. I am going through the learning videos. I have installed the VM. When I start the VM, only the following screen is being displayed. Kindly suggest me what needs to be done next to start the PEGA software.

Please refer to the attached screenshot of VM installed on my desktop.

There is insufficient information to address your question.

From which course did you download the VM?

What operating system are you using to run the VM?  How much RAM do you have?

Have you tried reinstalling the Player or installing a different one such as VMware?
