How to set a message below the property

Hi

I have a requirement In which i have 2properties

1st property is autocomplete

2nd is Normal text property

In 1st property if i select a value "Depot"

then below the 2nd property i should show a message "Enter sales code"

 

How to acheive this

If I get your requirement right. 

If you select the   value in the autocomplete as Depot then a label/message should appear beneath the second property?

If that is the case then you just need to add a label/paragraph rule below the peoperty with visiblity conditon for Depot.
