How to reuse property among Case types in a Report Definition
Hi,
I have a property .VendorInfo.FullName which is shared among three Case types. I have already optimized the property too. However, I have a Report Definition (RD) where I display cases (from the different Case types) in the operator's Worklist (Assign-Worklist) so I join this Class with Org-Impl-Work.
In my RD I list the column .VendorInfo.FullName however when I run the report, it only displays the FullName for one of the Case types, for the others it appears blank...
Do I need to do something different to use this property for all of the Case types I have?

Have you checked in the exposed column in DB if values from all the case types have been populated in this exposed column or not?
It is possible that when you exposed the column you would have selected the class for which you want to expose the column and if you selected only one class related to one of the specific case type then the RD will only show the data of that particular case type.

@josenavas Also make sure for all the case types the property .VendorInfo.FullName is mapped to the database column in the External Mapping tab of the class rule form.

We have exposed the property in the different case types, but now we have many fullname columns (fullname_1, fullname_2, ... etc.). We have also added the external mappings in the class definitions:
Right now to show up the column I'm using a Data page with aggregate sources and I had to create a new report definition for each specific Class, for example:
Aggregate sources:
- Report definition: GetWorkList (NAV-America-Work-VendorOnboarding | Case type)
- Report definition: GetWorkList (NAV-America-Work-VendorUpdate | Case type)
- Report definition: GetWorkList (NAV-America-Work-VendorUpdate-USA | Specialization class)
For number two, I checked "Report on descendant class instances" (include all descendant classes) in the Report definition's Data Access tab. And I was able to get instances from USA class, but the FullName was blank... So I tried with number three and I was able to retrieve the instance and also the FullName was filled properly.

I would like to have only one report definition for each case type, and be able to retrieve the FullName for every specialization class, because if not, and let's say I add more Country classes, I would need to create a new report definition for each Country specialization :/
