How to retain the History Snapshot after performing obj-delete method?

If we perform a obj-delete method, then the corresponding records will be deleted from data type along with the History Snapshot entries.

How can we ensure that that even after performing obj-delete, the History Snapshot entries can be retained so that the History audit related to previously deleted records can be retained as well?

If you are using a data table record editor to add/update/delete the data instances Pega OOTB functionality will keep the history snapshot for each action. However, if we perform the same actions using obj methods we need to add an additional step to update audit history for every action on the data instance. Please find the attached screenshot.
