How to restrict selection of multiple radio buttons in repeating grid

Hi guys,

I was doing upgrade from 7.3.1 to 8.1.3 version.Now iam facing one issue i.e
i have repeating grid with source as pagelist where it will display 2 records in my scenario.
now iam able to select both radio buttons which shouldn't be though i have defined on click refresh the section and calling one activity on it.
Analysis:if i trace none of the actions is getting traced when iam selecting either one or both radio buttons.
can anyone suggest any advice for this problem
