How to recover an deleted operator id ?

How to know the history of that deletion ?

I want to know the user who deleted it ?

Hello, I think you should look into pr_history_data table to check if you can still find history records for this OperatorID and eventually identify who has deleted it. You can also try to recreate it with the same ID and the old history might be automatically associated.
