How to remove LockInfo(Classless)?

How to remove Page of "LockInfo(Classless)" on clipboard.
I have two environments; development and testing. When I create the case at development environment, the page of "LockInfo(Classless)" is not created, but it is created when I create the case at testing environment.
I used tracer and found out difference between two environments. Testing environment have WARN that mentioned "The class MHBK-EMEA-MHBKIBU-Work-IBUCredit is not configured to support locking". Moreover, one of step on tracer shows Access Denied and target class is also MHBK-EMEA-MHBKIBU-Work-IBUCredit.
I'm not sure that Page of LockInfo(Classless), WARN, and Access Denied are relative issue. However, I could find out difference between environments through the investigation is above issue.
If there are individual problems, please kindly let me know how should I approach them.

Hello,
I guess you could just add a Page-Remove method on a place holder activity to delete that page. Now if you want to find the exact root cause you will have to compare carefully working and not working traces.

Hello Yohei,
If you trace your case creation, sometimes you will see activities doing nothing. Those activities are place holder waiting for customization like the following one for example:

As you send previous post, I compared tracer and have faced an irregular problem. Pega OTB rule seems to delete clipboard data.
When the operator post comment and submit button, WorkLock activity is activated and comment on clipboard is deleted. I have checked clipboard and clipboard data is deleted through process of WorkLock activity.
I have checked the rule and rule step, however activity does not have remove or delete method.
Please kindly let me know that Method of "Obj-Refresh-And-Lock" may delete WorkPage data?

Absolutely not. "Obj-Refresh-And-Lock" is just a simple method to check if you have the lock on the object contains on your step page. that will never delete a page I believe. Either refreshing the object and getting the lock or doing nothing because the lock is already held.
