How to remove the duplicates in the valuelist in the activity

Please let me know how can we achieve to delete the duplicates in the valuelist by using activity.

Could some one help me with the steps.

actually i am copying these values to valuelist in the parse delimited rule. So i am not getting how to achieve it with isinpropertylist function.

If posible can you explain me in detail.
