How to remove Apache Struts entirely from Pega install?
Hello, my client needs to completely remove Apache struts from their Pega environment.
“…We do use the SMA console. Are there other versions that don't have struts installed?
If we did not use SMA, are there other options to be able to manage the agents, settings etc?
Is there an option to remove Apache Strut references within the WAR files to completely remove struts but continue using SMA? ..”
making I indicated that Pega 7.4 is making use of Struts in SMA component only. But they use it. Thank you for our help.

This has been taken as enhancement request (FDBK-24001). But for now I think removal won't be possible as far as I am aware of.

There is actually a way. From 7.3 onwards you can find agent information through Designer studio
You can navigate to Designer Studio > System > Operations
And in pega 8.1 (infinity) we have introduced Admin Studio to manage all these operation.
