How to randomly vary the order of choices in Radio Buttons randomly?
Hello everyone,
I have a requirement to change the order of choices in radio button control randomly. For example,
A radio button property contains the choices like
1.A
2.B
3.c
4.D
Now I need to reorder the choices whenever I run the case like
1.B
2.A
3.C
4.D
Is there any way to do that? If possible then would be explain to me or Is there any another alternative to achieve that requirement?

Hello,
I don't think we have an Out-Of-The-Box approach for doing this. I guess it depends on how the list has been built, if this is coming from a page you could maybe reoder the list before presentation maybe.

So here is what you can try:
1. Once the page list is created. Iterate and call OOTB function "random" for each item. map it to property say "order"
"Random" function returns a value between 0 to 1.
2. Once all are mapped, do a sorting on "order".
So everytime, the "random" function will assign a new value to each item and then the sorting would also be different. So the items will be shuffled.
