How to put a where condition inside the Connect SQL Rule

I am using Connect SQL Rule for accessing external DataBase .
Initially created a Connect SQL Rule , which is being called from an Activicty as shown in the image .
This works fine , but please let me how to put a where condition inside the Connect SQL Rule (Browse Option )
