How to post reply to tweet from Pega CS Social Application
i am working on pega social integration and i have created a CS social application for Twitter integration.
i am able to fetch tweets using NLP technique and case is also getting created in Case worker portal but
i am not able to figure out how to send a reply to customer's tweet as i am not getting any type of resources for sending response.
Can anybody please provide me with any step-by-step instruction solution for replying to tweet from pega.
and also if anybody can provide step-by-step full guide/doc for twitter and facebook messenger chatbot integration guide for pega.
any help will be highly appreciated.
