How to perform Reverse Image Search (Find Similar Images) in Pega?

Requirement:

This is to prevent users upload fake or duplicate documents. for that we need to check similar image availability in DB using user uploaded image (document).

 

Please let me know if some one knows a way to implement reverse image search in pega.
