How to optimize Pega Developer performance using Pega Robotics(OpenSpan)
During implementation, Pega development/configuration requires multiple clicks in a day. It is comparatively higher than normal coding way of programming.
How Open Span can be used to measure the performance of Pega Developers and finding repetitive developer actions to speed-up the delivery process?
How Open Span can be used to impose the best-practices and time consuming jobs in the Pega Implementation Portal?

Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) provides an product feature that tracks application events and reports those events to our analytics cloud service database through OpenSpan Management Console. This particular product feature is called Work Force Intelligence.
This product feature helps to reveal how your users interact with your desktop application. You can easily track how often user's visit application screens, the idle time of users, and button click events with this product feature.
