How to open document (uploaded as bin file from Binary rule) on click of button

I have creates a Binary and also EForm file rule with uploading files.

Created two buttons on section.

First button OnClick activity is set to downloadfile.

Second button onclick activity is set to customised with Show-HTML methons and in HTML below code is passed.

In both clicks, it is not opening document but for eform one, opening one window and showing desktop to save the file on local machine folder instead of opening document.
