You can see the similar configuration in many OOTB functions like usecase/Requirements mapping in application profiler and customize the same accordingly to your requirement.

Am working on file listener to create WO. So, before creating trying to parse the multiple records from a csv file to a page list. Could you please let me know how I can do it.
