How to Integrate unattended robots with Pega Platform
Hi,
I have a Pega application where we are consuming data through a service and creating a case type in Pega with that and consolidating the data.I want to implement an unattended robotic automation which would be triggered from the Pega Case flow and be able to get the consolidated data from Pega Case type.
How do we integrate the Pega Robotics with Pega Case Management through the Assign to robot queue?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

I am unable to access the links you have shared above.
Although, I have gone through the documentation about Integration of unattended robots with Pega Platform where it talks about AssignToRobotQueue and DataPage but as I am not so familiar with Pega case management and how it works I am missing the link between the step that is mentioned in the screenshot below and how the robotic solution be designed to get triggered from that particular step.
So if you can pls help me fill the gap in my understanding as to how to build the automation solution around this integration process.

There are two different techniques to integrate with unattended RPA:
- Data Page sourced by an unattended RPA: The Data Page is used normally and the source is defined by a Robotic Activity. You need to identify the activity name (Name given to the Robotic Activity in the solution created), provide a time out value in seconds and data transforms to map the request and response data.
- Robotic assignment: You add the "Assign to robot queue" to your case type definition. You need to identify the work queue (Must be of Robotic type) and the Robotic Automation (As above, this is the name of the robotic activity that you want to execute when the robot pulls the assignment for processing)
