How To Implement the Fire And Forget Method In PEGA

There is a scenario , invoke the background process (PRPC Agent) through pega which intern execute a stored procedure but my pega requester should not wait until my stored procedure is completed.

the stored procedure will take couple of hours (4 to 6) to complete the business processing , but my JVM should not hold this requestor. basically i am looking the process like fire and forget.
