@vPoornachandra18 In Constellation there is no perform or review harness, so harness based visibility checks will never fire. To hide the Actions menu for the submitter after they send the case to the next queue, gate your actions with a when rule that returns true only if the current operator owns an open assignment on this case, for example check that there is an assignment and the assignee equals the current operator. Apply that same when rule to every case wide action like Change stage, Withdraw, Transfer so when the user is not the assignee the menu has zero eligible items and the Actions button disappears. If your design still shows the icon, edit the Case header view and turn off the Actions widget or use the header variant that does not include it. Also set post submit navigation to return the user to their dashboard or worklist so they are not left on the case after submit. If the submitter must never act on the case again, remove them from performer roles or use an access policy that gives them read only after routing. This keeps the confirm screen clean and prevents accidental clicks
