Hi,

We have a requirement where we need to build a webservice request xml using the following data, from an agent activity.

1. Data from Clipboard Pages
2. Data from Obj-* Calls
3. Data from multiple webservice calls (Response from these service calls)

We are find with points 1 & 2 above. Only issue we have is with Point 3. Challenges with point 3 are mentioned below:

• Multiple webservice calls is consuming more time
• Since, this is an agent activity and some thousands of items are getting queued, the processing rate is becoming very slow
• Handling of SOAP-Faults is again a challenge

Hence, to make it simple, can any one provide suggestions on the below question.

How to handle multiple webservice calls in an agent activity effectively?
