How to get the Row Number of a Grid/Table by mouse hovering and display the row details in a smart info

Hi,

I've a requirement to get the row number of a Grid in a screen by hovering the mouse pointer and also show the row details in a Smart Info.

E.g: I've a grid of Employee Details.

Employee Details
Employee ID Employee Name Employee Exp
EMP01 Rahul 2 Years
EMP02 Ajith 5 Years

Now, on hover of 1st row, a smart info should be shown the details of 1st Row(Emp ID: EMP01, Emp Name: Rahul and Emp Exp: 2 Years).

 

Can someone please suggest any idea/solutions..!!
