How to get the pxLongitude and pxLatitude Value
Hai
I have some problem about geolocation, i want get the pxLongitude dan pxLatitude when user create the customer activity, but sometimes i check in database for pc_History_ASM_SFAGIS_Wo_e3b3b the pxLongitude and pxLaitude have the value, but sometimes when i trace the sql insert give <null> for both of them ..
im using 7.2.1 and 7.2.2 both of version doesn't work
may i know where my problem is ? any suggest for me ?

If you enable your system to track the location, PRPC prompts you whether you want to allow the system to track your location or not with an allow and deny . If the end user deny that, then there will not be any entry in the DB.
So check with your end user once whether they are denying the system to track the location or not.
