•pyCommitError: Cannot write property pxLatitude to a decimal column

While resolving a Workobject we have encountered with below error. 

•pyCommitError:** Cannot write property pxLatitude to decimal column-- its value 'NaN' is not a decimal: code: <none> SQLState: <none> Message: <none>

 

Note: Casetype is created way long back, which has 1000s of WorkObjects. Issue is encountered recently for one of the cases.

Hi, 

This might be happening because of geolocation being enabled for case type.

Try disabling it, by following below steps

  1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Case types, and then click the case type that you want to open.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Click General.
  4. Clear the Enable geolocation tracking check box.
  5. Click Done.
