How to get my work back in My Trials

Good Morning,

Yesterday My Trials beat and I lost all my work. Please, is there an option to extend the due date and recover all the progress I had made as of August 27 without losing my job?

@LuisMiguelCB We have extended your trial for 15 days.  Please export any work before then to avoid losing it.  You are always able to sign up for a new trial system after your existing one expires.   This will ensure you are always working on the latest available version.

For anyone else who happens upon this post, you can email [email protected] to request a one time 15 day extension.
