How to get EXTRA.exe for IMPLEMENTING TEXT ADAPTERS

I am going through IMPLEMENTING TEXT ADAPTERS.

Please help me in getting required software Attachmate i.e.

EXTRA.exe

MCAT.EDP

Attachmate  - This is one of the software to connect to Mainframe.

You can also use IBM Personal Communications to connect with Mainframe.

Both are licensed software.
