ASO - Text Adapter

Hello,

I am using text adapter for mainframe and trying to utilize the ASO for RPA solution. In Text Adapter Properties, trying to set the Credentials by using Credential Collection Editor. The option is not shown but I was able to find it for Web Adapter.

Can't we use this option for text adapter. please let me know if there is a way to provide credentials. Thanks.

ASO does not currently work for text adapters. You can use it to store the credentials, but you'll need to automate the login process yourself. You can use the ASO component to GetCredentials and SetCredentials for the text adapter, but PerformLogin will not work for the text adapter.
