How to generate report definition from Pagelist
Hi ALL,
I have configured activity in which I have called 2 reports which are from two different classes.And finally copied the results from 2nd pagelist to 1st.Now I have this final pagelist which has data from both the reports.So I have requirment to prepare a Report definition from this pagelist.
Can we achieve this? Any solution for the same.

@VinayMalkar I'm bit confused, can you help me understand it better?
Basically you have two different classes to store the data, and you want to have the results combined from both of these tables in one go, say on to a clipboard page/data page.
In order to build one report for this, we need to know how these two tables are designed/linked.
If both the tables are in the class inheritance path you can have one report in the parent class and add a filter on the pxObjClass (pxObjClass = Class 1, Class 2), your result set would contain results from both the classes/tables.

actually We have requirement such as we want to retrieve data from two different DB-tables(both are from different databases) in a single Report Definition without exposing the unexposed columns from both the tables.To accomplish this,We have clubbed two reports in an activity using 'pxRetrieveReport Data' and copied the 2nd pagelist data to 1st pagelist.Now we want to display this final pagelist using report definition.As both the tables are from different DB's,we can't use joins as well.
So how can we achieve this.

Hi @VinayDnyaneshwarM, I think your requirement here is to create a report on the pagelist data. So, for this we first need to create a declare index table and then create a report on that index class.
