How to Force ParallelProcess Component to complete

Hi, 

I am using a parallel process component to check if a control is created and a control property is enabled.

I have defined a timeout property, so that when the two flows did not complete within this time, it will complete the activity. 

Is my implementation correct? If not, how can I implement this properly?  I have attached what I have implemented.
