The Word connector provided by Pega Robotics does not expose this functionality, however you can use a script to get it. We do expose the underlying Word Application though, so you can use that to pass into a script to get the text of a document. This will require some C# knowledge I'm afraid.

Our connector is designed to populate (or get text from) bookmarks that you add to a Word document. If you are not doing that, then I would suggest you do this in a script as the C# code is plentiful on the web to assist you.
