How to export to excel reports with pagination enabled.

HI ,

How to export all the records to excel if our reports have multiple pages. as of now when I use Export to Excel, only the current page records are getting exported to excel. How do I export to excel the entire report which has multiple pages?

Hi Durgesh,

I prepared this document while Pega 6 was in market. But the same solution has been implemented in Pega 7 post upgrade and everything works as expected. Pls follow the attached document and let me know if you have any confusion.

Hi SwarnenduM,

                The approach that you suggested is for reports pulled using a list view rule but my reports are displayed using a report definition rule.​ The export to excel button is a custom one.

Hi,

Which version of Pega are you using? 

In latest version,  you will get all the pages in the excel file. No need for any custom activity.
