How To edit/delete a row in the data pagelist placed in Other/Different Section

I have two Sections and each one having a Table.

In one table I have check boxes on each, So I want to implement Autodoc kind of functionality where checking of a checkbox should Create a same row in the Table of other section and unchecking of the checkbox should delete the row.

And I am able to create the Row and I am storing the data in the Page-List but I am not able to Delete the Row from the Page list on Unchecking of the checkbox, So Please if someone can help me on the same.

I'm not quite familiar with Autodoc, but from what you've described it sounds a lot like the 'Build a list' sample in the Pega UI Gallery. Maybe this might help you out.
