How do you get Past Blue Screen???
  • I have installed VM Virtual Box.
  • I can start the server vm_1 and login as architect/password.
  • I open a browser window and enter http:// Proprietary information hidden:8080. This brings up a PEGA screen and I click on the link for PEGA RULES Process Commander - http:// Proprietary information hidden:8080/prweb/PRServlet which returns a login screen.
  • I enter Proprietary information hidden/rules as userid and password.
  • Returns a bluescreen with arrow that says currently open when mouse over and refresh icon that says refresh when mouse over. Nothing happens when either item is clicked.

Did I miss something in the install? Not sure what to do next?

Sometimes if I go into Tomcat Manager, prweb isn't running.  If I try to start it I get 

  
FAIL - Application at context path /prweb could not be started
