How Do I get Rid of this error in Pega Robotics Studio?

Hi,
I am unable to retrieve fields from PRPC. I think while installing Studio, I might have provided the wrong value for Base URL. Can someone please guide me with the exact steps to change the Base URL?

You can change this option from the runtime config file. I have attached a screenshot highlighting where to change the base url from.
