Can you please elaborate what you meant by getting decision statement ? What exactly you want to write in audit log ?

Hello,
When you are using a decision shape in your flow, in the decision shape properties, specify a audit note which your system wants to record in audit .
Now, do a save as of the filterhistory decision tree in your local ruleset, add a new level and put the message and set return true.
Try this and let us know the outcome.
