How do I download my certificate after earning a new Pega certification?

I have recently earned a new Pega certification. I have not yet received the logo or certificate for the same. Where can I get these?

I am unable to download soft copy of my Pega certificate. It is not even displaying on my transcript. Whereas when I verify my certificate from "Verify Certification" link with First Name and Last Name it's displaying. Need your help. I need a soft copy of my certificate urgently.

I am talking about any certification. One I gave in June 2016 and other one gave recently. None of them are available on transcript or verify certification.
