How to display Work Party properties in New Harness in Pega 8.5

In Pega 8.5,  create stage is mandatory, we can no longer skip the create view.

Then how come we can display work party properties which we configure in Data Transform (pyCaseManagementDefault).

Please correct me if I misunderstood anything.
