How to display the content of Attached PDF in generated PDF

Hi

I am required to display the content of Attached PDF in generated PDF.

The scenario is the following.

1. create new case and attach PDF

2. After approval by assignees, the new PDF is generated as a summary. In the new PDF, assignee name and the content of attached PDF should be displayed.

How do I display attached PDF in the new generated PDF?

I really need your advice.
