How to disable browser developer tools

Hi,

Greetings. There are few links disabled in our application but we are able to launch developer tools and change the links from disabled to enabled. Is there a way to disable developer tools in Pega using JS?

I am on Pega v8.4.2

Hi @KOMARINA

Browser developer tools is a feature enforced by the browser and does not have a dependency on the Pega application. 

However, what I can understand from your use case is that disabled links can be enabled from the Source tab of browser developer tools. 

Note that any change performed this way is only temporary and is removed/deleted on browser refresh. 

Is there any specific use case at your end, that requires disabling this even for temporary purposes? If so, could you please elaborate?
