How to deterimine if I really need a non-matching version HFIX or CAD

We are on 24.1.1, and I have several hotfixes listing for version 8.24.1 show up on scan vs. the current catalog file, and hotfixes for versions not 24.1.1.  How do you determine if these are needed and which to use of many if they are required when the version # does not match?

Specifically, HFIX-C1601, HFIX-C2786, CAD-43095, and CAD-43133.
