How delete attachment from table as well from the grid in the UI

How delete attachment from table as well from the grid in the UI with out any error or warning i tried pyDeleteAttachment activity in the action set ofthe delete button and Delete item but this is not working properly . please let me know how i can solve this issue

Without any error? Can you explain more - "How to delete attachment from table as well from the grid in the UI with out any error or warning"

Screenshots of your runtime scenario may help in understanding what you mean to help you better. Also what do you do mean by 'table as well as from grid'? do you mean backend/db 'table' or you mean the table/grid layout in the UI?
