How to decline a request passively
Hi
I have a requirement, where when the SLA expires, at the deadline, when no action is performed, the case goes to the rejection stage and the case gets closed with a different status.So i configured the SLA and the deadline action i have given the Advance flow and update status activity. but both are not fired. Please let me know if i am missing anything or how to fix the problem. Thank you.
