How to Customize Views in Dev Studio
Hi,
I want to customize the existing Views, How to do it?, We are unable to open it in Dev studio. I want to customize pyCaseWorkarea- view Disable the Urgency field.

Hi @Salla Satish Kumar To edit Views in dev studio, Go to Records--> Decision--> When-->pxEnableC11nDev make it true and open that view in rule-UI-view and edit the view. Thanks, Mamatha

This is not recommended to customize the views in Dev Studio. This could impact the future upgrades.

If you want to remove the Urgency field from the view like pyCaseWorkarea, and you're using Constellation UI, then you cannot edit it directly in Dev Studio. Instead, go to App Studio, open your case type, and click on the "Views" tab. Find the view where the Urgency field is shown. Click on it to edit, then remove or hide the Urgency field from the list. Save the view after making changes. If your application uses Theme Cosmos instead, you can go to Dev Studio, search for the section pyCaseWorkarea, open it, and remove the Urgency field directly from the layout. Save the section and test in the portal
