How to customize login screen in pega 8.2

I have created unauthenticated ruleset and customized Web Login HTML but, I have not found any changes in my login screen. Even i found that in web Login HTML images names are encrypted format.can some one please help me on this.

Thanks for posting your query in PSC !

Please check whether you have specified the Unauthenticated access group in your Requestor type and also have you specified the Unauthenticated ruleset in the Production Rulesets of the access group.
