Basic OOB Login Screen - Custome Authentication

Hi All ,

I am trying to configure basic LDAP authentication using OOB functionality , but i am unable to display the OOB logib screen when i use PRWebLDAP1 Url . Attached is the configuration screens.

Any help is appreciated .
