You can create it form the Records -> Organization -> Work Queues

Work queue and Work basket are same and used interchangeably in Pega.

Hi,

Terminology has been updated from  Pega 7.4 in order to use simple and clear terms. As such it is renamed workbasket as work queue.  The way create is following :

Records -> Organization -> Work Queues
