How to create Persona testcase for an action with IH summary based engagement policy

We have a scenario where an action has an engagement policy based on IH summary aggregate. For example if  action A has been sent out in last 31 days then enable action B. I would like to know how to create a Persona to test these type of actions.

For creating Personas you can refer to this link below:

And then in the Persona data transform you can have a datapage for example D_IHSum[ActionName] and pass the action name as a parameter D_IHSum[ActionName].SentOutDay, if the SentOutDay is more than 31 then make the pyAvailability of Action B as true.
