Can someone please help me achieve this requirement "How to create a file every day 12:30 am from two tables with format CSV"
1.what are the rules needed (Advanced agent?,ReportDefinition?,Activity?,mapping/parsing rules?,File-Connect,file-service..?)
2.what is the sequence of rules to be configured

I think you can achieve this using a JobScheduler :
1) Create a JobScheduler and schedule it to run daily and at 12.30 am
2) In the Activity : you can use OOTB pxGenerateExcelFile to export Report data to excel file and you need a Report Definition to fetch data that you need.
An Activity, Report Definition and a Job Scheduler will be sufficient for the requirement.

Thank for your reply , the activity pxGenerateExcelFile has below parameters defined
what values to pass i have to pass report definition results(pagelist) and
FSFileName=Uploaded file name---->what value to be passed here? TemplateRFB=template's details in format "Fileformat!Filename!xlsx"---->what value to be passed here? DownloadFile=name of the download file ---->do we need to give full path along with to-be downloaded file name? DeleteFileAfterDownload=If checked file would be deleted after download

I think to use this activity you might need a datapage (source with report definition) and activity. Please look at the following discussion to do the same

Once you create the activity you can use it in the Job Scheduler

FSFileName is the name you want the downloaded Excel file to have.
TemplateRFB is the name of the Excel template file that you uploaded as a binary into the system, that shows what columns should be in the generated file, e.g.:
"excel!LOTReportTemplate!xlsx"

You could also do this with BIX and generate the CSV directly.
