How to creat a Relevence Strategy
Hi, I'm trying to edit Next-Best-Action of some issue.
I got a problem in create a new relevence strategy.
There are no default strategy can use, so I click "Start with new canvas" and create a new one follow the steps .
But, the new created relevance didn't show in list.
Is this a Pega application trouble or just reason of my uncompleted setting.
Could someone tell me if there is a guide of how to create relevence strategy.
Or maybe someone have any experiences about create this type of strategy.
Please tell me kindly.

In the Next-Best-Action Designer, to make the strategies visible in the list, add a Custom field of NBACategory = OFFERELIGIBILITY to the strategy.
Follow the below steps:
1. In the strategy, click on History tab to add a custom field.
i. Click +Add field.

I tried those steps but it didn't show up in Configure Relevance Window.
Is there any possible that the content of the strategy has something wrong or lack of function?

Hi,
Once you're done with the steps, please Log out and Log in again to see the strategy that you have created.
Just give it a try!

I tried Log out an Log in again, but it didn't work.

Hi. I initially reviewed this post and thought it was correct, but this use case is specifically asking about Relevance strategies. There is a different category value for relevance strategies. Please try:
1. In the strategy, click on History tab to add a custom field.
i. Click +Add field.
ii. In the Name field, select NBACategory.
iii. In the Value field, type RELEVANCE.
iv. Click Submit.

One thing to check is that the relevance strategy is saved with the correct applies-to class. Only strategies of the correct applies to class will be displayed.
BTW, is this for a new implementation? If so, I recommend you start with a newer version of NBA Designer. These relevance strategies are actually no longer needed with the new NBA Designer approach and we highly encourage all clients to move to the new approach.

May I ask how to move to the newer version of NBA Designer?
I have to update the Pega Marketing application, or in current Marketing application have another way to move to NBA Designer?
BTW, I'm using vision 8.2.1.

The latests available version is 8.3 and 8.4 will be coming out soon. There are upgrade processes that are documented with the product to help you migrate.

Actaully, I'm thinking maybe we have someway to solve this problem in currently version.
Should I check strategy's Issue/Group, or the flow in this strategy.
If you have any other advise, please tell me kindly.

Hi, Saleem.
Forget to tell you about the applies-to class,
I used the default apply to "MKTApps-Data-Customer".
I'm not sure but maybe it didn't matter.
Hope you have any other infomations can tell me about this problem.
