How to convert excel report data in to xml format

I am trying to convert excel report data in to xml format, if anyone knows information please share to me.

You can use Apache POI  (Included in PRPC's Libs OOTB) to navigate through a 'binary' Excel document; and generate your XML this way. [example of going the other way is here : https://mesh.pega.com/docs/DOC-89449 - attached as PDF as well]

If your EXCEL file was generated from PRPC's 'Export To Excel' (from Report Viewer etc) - then actually this is already (almost) XML - it's a HTML format, with one malformed (by XML's strict standards) META TAG; if you remove this TAG, you have the data in HTML table format.....
