How to connect pgAdmin III with Pega 7.2.1 Database (PostgreSql 9.4) ?

I have installed pega7.2.1 on my windows 7 based machine with jar file installation. I have not using VM for this.. I want to access databese of it with PagAdmin III. Please help me for this.

Hi , I have installed pega 7.2.2 personal edition and  connect DB via pgadmin3 using below mentioned credential , Please try this out:

Host:  Proprietary information hidden

username : postgres

password: postgres
